Which air conditioner suits my home or office?
That depends on your rooms, wishes and budget. A single-split often suits one room; a multi-split with one outdoor unit can suit several rooms. Joep helps you compare the options.
Can an air conditioner heat in winter?
Yes. Our split systems cool and heat. We assess whether the heating capacity, including at lower outdoor temperatures, suits your home and intended use.
What does an air conditioner cost including installation?
Product pages show starting prices including installation and VAT. The model, pipe routing, access and additional work determine your final quotation. Multi-split prices include one small suitable indoor unit per port.
How much electricity does an air conditioner use?
Electrical input is shown in kW. An average input of 1 kW over one hour uses 1 kWh. Actual consumption varies with outdoor temperature, settings, insulation and operating time. Cooling capacity and electrical input are different values.
How much noise does an air conditioner make?
This varies by model, setting and installation. The tables show available sound data. We consider the outdoor unit location and vibration isolation during installation.
Is an air conditioner energy efficient?
Modern inverter air conditioners adjust their output to demand. Compare the energy label, SEER and SCOP per model. Consumption and savings depend on your home and use; solar panels can supply part of the electricity needed.
How do I choose the right capacity (kW)?
This depends on the room, insulation, windows, sunlight and intended use. Floor area or volume alone is insufficient. During the consultation we assess your situation and suitable capacity.
Can an outdoor unit be installed on my balcony?
We assess space, ventilation, pipe routing, vibration and access. Where an owners’ association or landlord is involved, you arrange the required permission beforehand. Discuss any local requirements before the installation is scheduled.
What is the difference between single-split and multi-split?
A single-split has one indoor and one outdoor unit. A multi-split connects several indoor units to one outdoor unit. You set the temperature per room; active indoor units operate in the same mode: cooling or heating.
What does maintenance cost and how do I request service?
Maintenance for one outdoor and one indoor unit starts from €250 including VAT. An additional indoor unit during the same visit costs €50 including VAT. Select maintenance or a fault in the request form and include your brand, model and any error code. Repairs and parts are assessed separately.
What warranty applies?
Airco Eindhoven offers a five-year warranty. Your quotation and order specify the exact terms and agreements. Contact us if a problem occurs so we can assess it.

Ja! Alle airco’s van Airco Eindhoven functioneren ook als lucht-lucht warmtepomp. Daarmee kun je energiezuinig verwarmen – vaak goedkoper dan gas.

• Installatiewerk (leidinglengte, stroompunt, boorwerk)
