Our approach in 7 steps
1. Choose what you need
Request a quotation, arrange an advice visit or a remote quotation, book maintenance or report a fault.
2. Advice & quotation
We advise on suitable air conditioning based on your needs and the situation. You then receive a clear, no-obligation quotation.
3. Accept the quotation
Happy with our proposal? You can easily accept the quotation online. You can also decline it directly.
4. Schedule your installation
After accepting, you can choose an available installation slot that suits you.
5. Installation
On the agreed day, we carefully install your air conditioning according to the applicable guidelines, with attention to a neat finish.
6. A tidy handover
After installation, we explain the controls and leave everything clean and tidy. We take packaging and installation waste with us.
7. Invoice & payment
After completion, you receive the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days, by bank transfer, cash or the payment link on the invoice.

Great service from Airco Eindhoven. Joep helped us realise the perfect AC setup exactly as we wanted, including placing the outdoor unit in a way that ensures there’s no noise inside. Very easy to work with, excellent communication, and truly professional. Highly recommended — 5 out of 5!

Geweldig goed geholpen!
