We agree the exact work and price with you beforehand. Repairs, parts and work beyond the agreed maintenance are assessed separately.
What does maintenance cover?
Cleaning the filters, evaporator and condenser.
Cleaning and disinfecting the condensate tray.
Checking the refrigerant circuit for leaks.
Checking electrical connections.
Checking and measuring the outlet air temperature.
A general check of the system’s operation and condition.
After checking your system, we explain our findings and any next steps. If additional work is needed, we discuss it with you first.
How often is maintenance needed?
This depends on your model, use and environment. A system that runs frequently or is installed in a dusty room may need more attention. We discuss a suitable maintenance interval for your system and the manufacturer’s guidance.
Between visits, you can clean the filters according to the user manual. Keep the area around the outdoor unit clear for airflow.
A fault or operating question?
Describe what happens and provide the brand, model and any error code. Photos of the units or display help us assess your request.
Fault diagnosis or repair is not automatically included in a standard maintenance visit. We discuss a suitable approach and any applicable costs with you.
